Liquid Supplements
The human body is 60% water. Blood is 92% water. It only makes sense that liquid supplementation is far preferable to relying on tablets or pills. Imagine a runner collapsing due to electrolyte (ionic minerals) depletion. A medic is not going to fool around with capsules or tablets! Only a liquid solution can restore balance, immediately.
As we age we become less successful at manufacturing the enzymes and stomach acid we need to “unlock” the nutrients in tablets and pills. Liquid supplements are the best choice, especially for anyone over 50.
