Dear Friends,

I'm pleased that our first newsletter (last issue) was so warmly received. A giant "thank you" to those of you who wrote back with tips for future issues, compliments on our vigilant "service" orientation and rave reviews concerning success with our products. So much positive feed back has doubled our resolve to provide you with a newsletter that really helps, that serves you as guide and ally in your efforts to achieve optimum sustainable health.

As promised I'll start out this issue focusing on one of my favorite products, Ultimate Enzymes. The reason I like the Enzymes so much is because they make my job easier. Throughout the day, on the phone and over the Internet, I try to help people achieve their health goals. What I have found, over the years, is that the Enzymes seem to ALWAYS come through for me. I consider them my "ace in the hole," my "secret weapon." If you are among the relatively few who are not getting the results you want from our liquid products, I encourage you to PLAY THE ACE, load up on enzymes prior to supplementing or eating.

The body produces specific types of enzymes to help digest particular foods, for example, proteases for digesting protein, lipases for fat and amylases for carbohydrates. As we age we become less and less able to manufacture the enzymes we need for digestion and absorption. Another ingredient Dr. Wallach includes in his enzyme product is Betaine-HCL. This, too, works to tear down and chemically reduce undigested food. Without sufficient quantity or variety of enzymes our bodies becomes less and less able to absorb nutrients and this can initiate a whole sequence of undesirable events. After all, scratch the idea of "we are what we EAT." WE ARE WHAT WE ABSORB and nutrients, whether they come from the food we eat or from Dr. Wallach's supplements, are useless unless our body can absorb them.

In the body enzymes serve as a sort of "key." They bind to nutrients and then, due to their molecular shape, are able to "unlock" cells, basically delivering or hand feeding our cells needed nutrients. Enzymes are a catalyst, a facilitator, a bridge between nutrient intake, and use or absorption. They are the "spark" or point of ignition for us. Use enzymes and you will, most likely, re-introduce yourself to your own "life force," to that feeling of unlimited health, vigor and vitality, potency, clarity, purpose, etc. The enzymes are great, too, for ridding yourself of the "belch and f--- syndrome" and, surprisingly, according to Dr. Wallach, play a role in dissolving blood clots.

Our Ultimate Enzymes cover a full spectrum of type and are designed to be taken (2 to 5, depending on how heavy a meal you are about to eat) about ten minutes before you eat or supplement. Each bottle contains 120 capsules and cost $19.00. You can order Ultimate Enzymes by linking to our web site at www.majesticearth-minerals.com and then linking to our secure, on line ordering page. Stock number 21211.

One way to save money on your supplement bill is to make a habit of eating specific foods. For most of us it is impossible to obtain all the vitamins we need from the food we eat. Goodness (!), with the food supply as compromised as it is, one would have to eat VAST quantities of fresh vegetables and fruit to achieve sufficient vitamin intake. And when it comes to minerals, due to the poverty of our crop and range soils, it is virtually impossible to obtain the minerals we need from our diet. So, by all means, stick with the Majestic Earth Minerals (M.E. Minerals) and the Majestic Earth Ultimate Classic (M.E.U. Classic). However, essential fatty acids (EFA's) are another matter. By eating certain foods you can obtain all the EFA's your body requires.

Most of us living in the midst of our fast paced, modern world neglect our diet and this is the reason Dr. Wallach offers us all a blanket insurance policy by advising that we take three of the Ultimate EFA's, three times daily (9 grams). But this can be expensive and with a little discipline you can save a lot of money. After all, there are a number of foods rich in essential fatty acids. Salmon, for example, or many cold water red fish, are rich in EFA's. So are nuts. You can munch on nuts or do as I do and chew flax seeds during the day. Raw flax seeds cost about $1.30 per pound, in bulk, at most health food stores. Rather than spending $65/ month on our EFA capsules (the cost if you did precisely what Dr. Wallach says and dosed at the rate of three gel caps three times daily), you can munch on flax seeds for about $2.00 / month!! If you would like to know more about how incredibly important EFA's are to our well being you can link to www.waltonfeed.com/omega/ess_fat.html. Also, the best book on the subject is by Udo Erasmus and entitled, "Fats that Heal; Fats that Kill."

Are any of you fed up with the mess the V.E.U. Classic makes in your refrigerator? I've happened upon a handy little screw on pump which solves the problem. Write me if you want one. They cost about $4.50, plus shipping.

Youngevity recently introduced a new product, "Tropical Plus." It is a user friendly, toned down version of the V.E.U. Classic. It contains amino acids, vitamins and minerals but in about half the quantity. It has a wonderful citrus, tropical taste. It is appropriate for those of you who cannot tolerate the V.E.U. Classic. Very gentle on the stomach. You won't get that dizzy, nauseous feeling some people do on the Classic. Costs $28 / bottle. You can order from our secure, online ordering page at www.majesticearth-minerals.com.

Next issue we will look at a remarkable product, Sweet-EZE. The issue will be of particular interest to those of you with sugar cravings, hypo or hyper glycemia, diabetes and other blood sugar disorders.

Until then enjoy the Spring weather.

To Your Health, Stu Hunt

P.S. Welcome aboard to all of you who joined Youngevity since we sent out our last newsletter.
